REFUND, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Eligibility for Refund

Any purchase made on www.woubin.com is non-refundable.

Eligibility for Replacement

Users are eligible to receive replacement only if:

  • there are manufacturing problems/defects; or
  • ii. the products are damaged during transit

Users shall contact the customer services team at info@woubin.com to replace the product within 3 days from receipt of the product if eligible based on above criteria.

Return for broken/damaged products
  • Users shall intimate customer care within 3 days from delivery else shall not be eligible for replacement
  • The Users shall be required to provide information including their order reference number, reason for replacement.
Processing of Replacements

Items are considered to be returned once they are received by Us and vetted by our quality analysis team. If the replacement is approved by the quality analysis team, exchanges shall be initiated within 24 hours.

For failed returns that are not approved by the quality analysis team, the product shall be sent back to the User at the User’s own cost.

The Website reserves its right to assess every request for return/refund on its own merits, in accordance with its own discretion, and if the Website suspects any fraudulent transaction by any User, or any transaction violating the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy or any other policy of the Company, the Website shall be entitled to act in respect of such mala fides. The Website reserves its right to record details of Users engaging in fraudulent transactions or mala fide actions and cancel their orders, preventing them from using the Services.

The Company shall have the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
