The Website offers delivery options for its products through its delivery partners, Delhivery, DHL and others.
Charges
India: The Fixed delivery charge shall be INR 99/-.
International: The Fixed delivery charge shall be INR 1500/-..
Charges for international deliveries shall consider local taxes and/or import duties as may be applicable for the jurisdiction within which delivery is required and the Users shall be liable to bear the same. Further, any procedural, substantive or documentary requirements by customs in the respective delivery jurisdictions internationally shall be borne by Users. In the event that customs in any country refrain from releasing the product to the User due to improper documentation, the User shall not be eligible for a refund of the product cost.
Further, the charges for international deliveries can be made in the local currency of countries including the USA, Australia and Canada. For all other international orders, the actual amount charged to the User’s account or card may differ marginally due to differences in the exchange rate applied by the Website and the card issuer or payment gateway, and surcharges that may be applied. The Website shall not assume liability to make good on any such differences.
The Website reserves its right to alter the charges for the delivery options at any time, without prior intimation to the Users.
Shipment delivery estimates
Standard delivery orders are delivered within 4-7 working days for orders within India and 4-10 working days for orders outside India. Deliveries are carried out by third-party service providers. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, your order may take longer to be delivered. If Your order is expected to be delayed, one of our logistics and operations executives shall get in touch with You within 2 days from the date of confirmation of the order, to provide an accurate timeline for delivery of Your order.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation once Your order has shipped. You will receive a ‘Tracking Number’ in the said email, and instructions regarding how to track Your order. Please note that all deliveries are carried out by a third-party service provider, and the usage of the third-party website shall be governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of that website, over which the Company has no control. Users can track their shipment status at www.woubin.com.
Modification of delivery address shall not be possible subsequent to handing over of orders to the shipping partner. Acceptance of any such modification or specific delivery instruction shall be subject to the discretion of the courier company.
